This is definitely worth the read. Go there now and take it in.

Another message from god

My sleep was disturbed at 3:19 am last night. It was not a need to visit the bathroom or indigestion from my late evening sandwich which awoke me. It was, instead, another message for you that showed up to awaken me. It’s a follow up to the previous message called Intolerance that I posted a couple of days ago; and for which I received so much positive feedback. Here it is, unedited and uncut:

“Dear people of Earth,

My love is ceaseless and all encompassing. My compassion knows no bounds. My understanding is infinite (as you’d expect). However, you humans are amazing creatures; you have the capacity to really piss me off.

That is a miracle really; after all, I created you. But giving you free will really opened up a can of worms. I mean, I enjoy all the wonderful things you create. What you are capable of creating even stretches my imagination and I want to thank you for that. After all, I did create the universe (and you) in order to explore my own infinitude.

But, here’s the thing… you live on this beautiful garden planet I gifted you and you are messing it up big time. I’ve told you time and time again that love is the answer and you still find reasons to hate each other. You take your capacity to create and use it to make ever more complex weapons to destroy each other.

Yes, you do make beautiful music most of the time and some damn pretty art, as well as some really cool toys like the International Space Station, the iPhone and Rollerblades; but why on Earth do you make nuclear and chemical weapons? I mean, how can you be so stupid?

I gave you a really fine mind and you use it to think about unimportant stuff or worse, downright nasty stuff; moreover, you treat your beautiful mind with such disdain that you fill it full of crap. What is the matter with you?

You are really lucky that my patience is as unlimited as my compassion or I’d wipe the slate clean and start over. It’s really my curiosity about what new wonders you will create that stays my hand. And, of course, there is also the very strong possibility that you will not need me to do it for you. It looks like you are hell-bent on your own self-destruction.

So, because I love you so much, here’s a little head’s up… you are at a very critical choice point right now. You have the capacity to choice peace and prosperity. You have the capacity to choose to use your gifts wisely and for your own mutual and all inclusive long-term benefit. Choosing otherwise will not serve you. Continuing down the road you are on will not lead to your fulfillment. It is time to change course.

Why are you destroying your own environment? It’s a bit crude, but I think you need some bluntness to actually get it: polluting your oceans and atmosphere is like shitting in your own kitchen.

Why are you killing each other’s children? You don’t like it much when someone kills yours, do you? Do unto others… How many times do you have to be told?

Why are you not thinking about how to empower others instead of how to gain power over others?

To those of you in developed countries, I say this… why are you stuffing yourself with so much junk food that your biggest health problem is obesity whilst 16,000 children starve to death every day of the year in less fortunate parts of the world? God almighty, you are selfish and stupid almost beyond belief.

So, here’s my advice: figure out how to love, honor and cherish each other. Figure out how to nurture and care for each other. Figure out how to feed and clothe each other; and I mean all of you. Figure out how to clean up the mess you’ve created.

OR, face the consequences. Not from me, but from your own destructive actions. I gave you the freedom to make choices. Freedom comes with responsibility. It is time to start being responsible. If you don’t, there will be hell to pay.

With loving kindness,

The source of all that is”

Once again, please don’t blame me for being in your face. I am only the messenger.

Intolerance

I’ve had it with xenophobes. I’m sick of ignorance and bigotry. I cannot abide small-minded and close-minded people. I’ve become intolerant of intolerance.

In my frustration, I asked for some help from above and I was given permission to deliver to you a personal message from the creator.

“Dear people of Earth,

Every human being on this planet is a sacred creature. It does not matter if you are black, yellow, red, brown or white skinned. It does not matter if you are gay or straight, Muslim or Hindu, Christian or Jew, Buddhist or Atheist. It does not matter if you are American or Persian, Iraqi or Chinese, Peruvian or French. It does not matter if you are male or female, transvestite or confused. It does not matter if you are king or peon, millionaire or subsistance farmer, scientist or street cleaner, industrial baron or homeless person. It does not matter if you are a famous pop star living in Malibu or an anonymous child dying of Aids in an African slum. Each and every human being is a child of god.

Your personal unhappiness, lack of personal fulfillment or well-being is not the fault of some other person, culture or country. It is entirely 100% your own responsibility. If your life sucks, it is because you make sucky choices about what to believe, how to think and what to feel about life and your place in it.

If you want to be happy, start and finish each day with a prayer of gratitude for the multiple blessings that you have in your life. Start recognizing and honoring the sacredness of all things, all creatures and all peoples.

If you want to be fulfilled, find a way to contribute each day to the betterment of your fellow human beings. BIG secret:: Stop trying to better your own life and focus on bettering the lives of others and you will find much more fulfillment.

If you want the world to be a better place, improve who you are and how you are being in this world. Start finding a way to improve yourself and you will find that as you become more, your world will improve.

So, my advice to all you xenophobes, racists, bigots, fundamentalists, self-styled patriots and other small-minded folk is to fix yourself and stop trying to blame your mental disease or spiritual unease on somebody or something else. Failing that… Get the f–k off my planet.

Yours truly,

The source of all that is.”

Hey, don’t blame me for being in your face. I am just the messenger. Have a nice day.

Inspiration

Need a reminder? Some inspiration?

Have a great day. Go create something wondrous.

A Virtual Reality

If you enjoyed yesterday’s post about reality and illusion, you’ll love this new tech…

The Grand Illusion

Enjoy the video below Emerson’s great poem
Illusion works impenetrable,
Weaving webs innumerable,
Her gay pictures never fail,
Crowd each other, veil on veil,
Charmer who will be believed
By man who thirsts to be deceived.

Getting Wet

I was introduced to scuba diving in late 1995 and immediately fell in love. I’ve done about 1,000 dives since then. Although I have been diving in other parts of the world, most of my dives have been in the Caribbean, with 28 different dive shops on 17 different Caribbean islands plus Mexico, Belize and Costa Rica.

Yesterday, I went diving in St. Vincent & The Grenadines with Kay Wilson at Indigo Dive. This is not the first time I went out with Kay. I was one of her first customers when she opened up shop in 2004. What a treat it was to dive with her again after more than a year.

She runs a first class operation (in my opinion, the best in St. Vincent) and goes out of her way to provide an optimum experience for all her divers. Her love of diving is plain to see and her enthusiasm infects her customers.

Her young enthusiastic team, Dive Instructor Dale and Dive Masters Andrew and Luke really enjoy diving and shared their pleasure of discovering new sites and wonders with their guests. I fell in love with diving all over again.

Kay’s also become one of the best underwater photographers I’ve ever met and her photos are a real pleasure to look at. Because she is such a great photographer, she can help other shutterbugs find and frame their own great shots.

There are so many great dive sites on the leeward coast of St. Vincent that it is hard to name my favorites. That said, I highly recommend Petit Byahaut, Kingstown Wall, where Kay found an unexploded World War Two ordinance, and Layou Wall. Wherever you go with Kay, you’ll have one of your best dive trips ever.

St. Vincent has better diving than most of the more known and more visited islands and Kay’s operation is more personal, friendly and professional than the cattle boat operations that dominate these big name dive destinations.

So, when you organize your next Caribbean dive trip, plan on a trip to St. Vincent and dive with Indigo Dive. You will end up with a unique experience that will give you bragging rights your dive buddies will be jealous of missing when they choose to go the more travelled path.

Grist for the mill

It must be my age.
Some days, I remain the idealist I have been for most of the almost six decades I have walked around on this planet.
Increasingly, however, I wake up, like I did this morning, burdened by a pessimism about the future of the human race.

I know that most people will not read this whole post and even more of you will not click on the links to read the other info I have researched for you. I’ve come to the conclusion that most people don’t think at all; and most of those who do think tend to be so self-absorbed that they only think about their own immediate needs and wants. Nevertheless, I will say what needs saying in the hope that even if just one person is empowered in some small way, my little candle taken into a dark room is better than no light at all.

Back in January I wrote a post called Most evil company on the planet. This recent article called Seeds of Truth by Sheila Samples about Monsanto’s evil deeds is a good read. This is stuff you should know and be concerned about. It affects you and your loved ones health and well being.

Last month I wrote 3 blog posts about the flu hysteria. Even though the news media seems to have tired of hyping the swine flu, perhaps because they woke up to the incongruety of the whole thing, the US gov’t is still promoting pandemic. I wonder why. Back in December of 2007, Sheila wrote a blog post called “Culling the Herd”. I’d like to hear from her now about the H1N1 Flu.

Back in March, I added a post here called Things I Don’t Know. I mentioned the Bilderberg group in that post. They are meeting in Greece starting tomorrow and will be talking about how to manipulate your future. Maybe, they will even be talking about more efficient ways than H1N1 to cull the herd. Maybe you will be amongst the culled :-) So, yes, it is worth knowing about. Yes, they do want to reduce human population to 1 billion because they believe it is the ecological and economical optimum. This article by fellow Canadian, Michael R. Palazzo, is worth the read if you want to know more details about Bilderberg.

Back in February, I wrote a blog post called the Bottled Water Scam. Here is a recent LA Times article about the subject. I still recommend you watch the last James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace, in which the control of water is the major plot. I am looking forward to the next Bond flick. Daniel Craig is the best Bond ever. Sorry Sean.

On the subject of water wars, I also recommend you watch a movie called Flow. The official trailer is on YouTube.

Ok, that’s it for today. It is time for me to use some water while we still have some, have a shower and get into town. Enjoy your day. It may be one of the last free ones you have left. Remember that the truth shall set you free but first it is going to piss you off. And if you read this far, thanks for doing so. Congratulations for having the attention span.

THE 5 Big Things

These are the five most important things any human being can do.

1) Love

2) Think

3) Create

4) Communicate

5) Enjoy

1,440 minutes in each day.

How much of your time do you spend on unimportant things?

Be honest now.

Do you love enough? Are you thoughtful enough (about the things that matter)? Are you as creative as you could be? Are you shining your light bright enough?  Are you enjoying your life enough?

If not, resolve today to be:

more loving,
more thoughtful,
more creative,
more communicative
enjoy the journey more.
