Hiking up Nihani Ridge

I love hiking. I especially love hiking that involves climbing. If you click on the link below, you’ll see some pictures that explain why. This particular hike was in Kananaskis country west of Calgary, Alberta. I grew up in this part of the world and, even though I’ve hiked in the Andes, The Alps, the Atlas mountains, the Canadian Rockies are still my favorite mountain range.

It was particularly nice to be able to make this hike with three of my sisters. They are also committed hikers, who often hike together.

The photo above is the view from the top of the ridge. Pretty awesome.
